What about shipping & handling charges & delivery times? UPS Ground Shipping is FREE anywhere in the Continental United States. A $5.00 processing is charged for these orders. Is faster shipping available? Yes, we can provide faster shipping options. These will vary depending on product source and methods.  Please contact us by phone or e-mail and we can provide a quote.  Rates are based on weight so we will need to know the product & quantity.

Sales tax? Connecticut shipments will be charged Connecticut sales tax.

Payment options? We accept payments through Visa & MasterCard. Our products are special ordered and must be paid for in advance. You will be notified of any backorders or delays with the option of canceling should waiting be inconvenient.

What is your return policy? We must abide by the return policy of the manufacturer or distributor from where the wallpaper has been purchased. All returns must be made with 30-60 days of the time the product is shipped to you from the manufacturer. The manufacturers and distributors require a 25% to 35% restocking fee be charged on returns. We add no processing fee, but the UPS charges from our warehouse back to the manufacturer or distributor will be charged to you. Some manufacturers will not accept returns, in that case there there will be no returns. Please note the return policy listed in the wallpaper book or ask us at the time of purchase so that we can research the return policy for you.
